Take 1 serving per day — the contents of 1 ampoule (60 ml) — approximately 30–60 minutes before physical activity. Shake well before use.

Ostrzeżenia

Contains caffeine (200 mg per 1 daily portion / 60 ml). Not recommended for children and pregnant women. Do not use during breastfeeding, in case of circulatory system or liver diseases, or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents (in particular peppermint oil). Not recommended for people with blood pressure problems. Do not use with medications, particularly those influencing the cardiovascular and nervous system, or over-the-counter medications (e.g. aspirin). Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g. other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use before bedtime or during the hours immediately preceding sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
