Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
Vaporiser/diffuser: Add 6–8 drops to a vaporiser or oil burner. Wdychanie: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of very hot water; inhale vapours for 5–10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Masaż: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond or Jojoba. Bath: Dodaj 4–6 kropli olejku eterycznego do 20 ml oleju bazowego; wymieszaj z wodą.
