Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
Parownik/palnik: Dodaj od 6 do 8 kropli olejku eterycznego do nawilżacza lub kominka.
Wdychanie: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation method only suitable for children over 10 years old.)
Masaż: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of blending oil. Reduce to 2 drops per 10 ml blending oil for sensitive skin.
