Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
Parownik/palnik: Dodaj od 6 do 8 kropli olejku eterycznego do nawilżacza lub kominka. Wdychanie: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Masaż: Rozcieńczyć 5 kropli olejku eterycznego w 10 ml oleju nośnikowego, np. migdałowego lub jojoba. Bath: Dodaj 4–6 kropli olejku eterycznego do 20 ml oleju bazowego i wymieszaj z wodą.
