Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
Parownik/palnik: Dodaj od 6 do 8 kropli olejku eterycznego do nawilżacza lub kominka.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Masaż: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
Bath: Dodaj 4–6 kropli olejku eterycznego do 20 ml oleju bazowego i wymieszaj z wodą.
