Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie

Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops to a diffuser or oil burner.
Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of very hot water; inhale steam for 5–10 minutes (not suitable for asthmatics; for children over 10 years only).
Massage: Dilute 5 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba.
Bath: Add 4–6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil, then mix into bath water.
Skin blend: Add 2 drops per 10 ml of blending oil for facial use, or up to 5 drops per 10 ml for body use.
