Parownik/palnik: Dodaj od 6 do 8 kropli olejku eterycznego do nawilżacza lub kominka. Wdychanie: Dodaj 3–5 kropli olejku eterycznego do miski z bardzo gorącą wodą, wdychaj opary przez 5–10 minut (inhalacja przeznaczona wyłącznie dla dzieci powyżej 10. roku życia). Masaż: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Dodaj 4–6 kropli olejku eterycznego do 20 ml oleju bazowego i wymieszaj z wodą.
