Olimp Nutrition R-Weiler is a comprehensive pre-workout powder designed to support serious training sessions. The Armageddon Pump Formula combines L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and citrulline malate alongside vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and sodium for normal muscle function. The Berserker’s Performance Blend features creatine monohydrate — creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise — along with beta-alanine, calcium, phosphorus, niacin, and vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The Red FURY Matrix rounds out the formula with L-tyrosine, caffeine, cayenne pepper extract, and Bioperine® black pepper extract.
With a body-weight-based dosing protocol, R-Weiler allows users below 75 kg, between 75–90 kg, and above 90 kg to calibrate their intake precisely. The powder dissolves quickly in water and is intended to be consumed approximately 30 minutes before training, making it a convenient addition to a pre-workout routine.

Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
1 portion per day — depending on body weight the following dosing is recommended: below 75 kg — 1 portion of 6 g; 75–90 kg — 1 portion of 12 g; over 90 kg — 1 portion of 18 g, approximately 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (6 g powder = 10 measuring units = 1/4 scoop = 1 flat tablespoon) to 100 ml of water. Portions of 12 g and 18 g dissolve in 200 ml and 300 ml of water respectively. Consume directly after preparation. Portion size can be modified according to individual needs, planned exercise intensity and sensitivity to the product ingredients.
Ostrzeżenia
R-WEILER contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg / 1 portion 6 g, 200 mg / 2 portions 12 g, 300 mg / 3 portions 18 g). The product is not to be used during breastfeeding, in case of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension or hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Do not use together with medications, in particular those affecting the cardiovascular system. Do not use with other products containing caffeine (e.g. other dietary supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use with alcohol. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Ingestion of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness — a temporary effect attributed to beta-alanine. Acceptable lumping of the product does not affect its quality. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
