Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie

Vaporiser/burner: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending/carrier oil, swirl into bath water.
