Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops to a bowl of very hot water, inhale steam for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.

If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Contains Limonene, Linalool — may produce an allergic reaction.
