NFO Omega-3 Premium delivers a concentrated source of marine omega-3 fatty acids from premium-quality fish oil sourced from anchovy, mackerel, and sardine. Each softgel provides 1000 mg of fish oil, supplying 360 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 240 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) — two well-researched long-chain omega-3s that contribute to the normal function of the heart, brain, and eyes.
